Create Project Groups

You may sometimes need to manage multiple projects under the same brand and wish to track them both individually and collectively.

For instance, if you're overseeing a hospitality project with three separate buildings, you can create three distinct projects for each building while also grouping them together.

This approach is beneficial when you want to develop unique project management plans, assess profitability for each or generate separate reports for each building, and if different team members are working on each building.
The grouping feature enables you to achieve this flexibility and organization

To get started, click on "Projects." Next, create the projects you want to group together.

Click on "Group" tab.

Select "Create group" and give it a name, then Click "Create."

You can then go ahead and add projects to this group.

Once you've done this, you can view the groups overview as well as the individual project overview.
