# How to Add an Activity Within a Project in .STUDIO

#### **Step 1: Open the Project**

- From the Project List, click on the project where you want to add an activity.

#### **Step 2: Navigate to the Activity Tab**

- Go to the **Activity** tab within the project.
- Click the **New Activity** button (in red).

#### **Step 4: Fill in Activity Details**

**A form will appear with fields for the new activity.**

- **User & Project:** Automatically picked by the system.
- **Task:** Enter the activity/task name.
- **Start Date:** Select the start date.
- **Work Hours & Overtime:** Add time spent.
- **Stage:** Select the project stage for this activity.

#### **Step 5: Save the Activity**

- Click **Save**.
- The activity will be added successfully and visible in the project’s activity list.
