How to Add an Activity Within a Project in .STUDIO

Step 1: Open the Project

  • From the Project List, click on the project where you want to add an activity.

Step 2: Navigate to the Activity Tab

  • Go to the Activity tab within the project.

  • Click the New Activity button (in red).


Step 4: Fill in Activity Details

A form will appear with fields for the new activity.

  • User & Project: Automatically picked by the system.

  • Task: Enter the activity/task name.

  • Start Date: Select the start date.

  • Work Hours & Overtime: Add time spent.

  • Stage: Select the project stage for this activity.


Step 5: Save the Activity

  • Click Save.

  • The activity will be added successfully and visible in the project’s activity list.
