How to Remove Highlighting After Revising an Item/Why is my item highlighted?

When an item is approved and then revised, the system highlights the changes (in yellow) to indicate that the item has been updated as part of the revision process. This is expected behaviour and cannot be removed from that revised item.

If you need a clean version of the item without the revision highlights:

1. Duplicate the revised item.
2. Delete the original revised item (if it is no longer required).
3. Use the duplicated item, which will not contain the revision highlighting.

This allows you to export the item without the highlighted changes while retaining the same content.
