# How to Update Existing Activities to Billable
## This guide explains how to update an existing activity and mark it as Billable in .STUDIO.
### Steps to Update an Activity
**1. Navigate to Activities**
- Go to the **Activities** tab in .STUDIO.
- Select **Activities** from the dropdown menu.
- You will see a list of all activities entered into the system.
**2. Find the Activity**
- Use the search bar to find the activity you want to update.
- Alternatively, you can use the available filters to locate the activity.
**3. Open the Activity for Editing**
- Scroll to the extreme right of the activity list to find the **Actions** column.
- Click the **three-dot menu (⋮)** next to the activity you want to update.
- Select **Edit** from the dropdown menu.
**4. Enable the Billable Toggle**
- A form containing all the details entered for the activity will open.
- Click on **SEE ALL ACTIVITY FIELDS** to expand the additional fields.
- Locate the **Billable** toggle.
- Click the toggle to enable it.
**5. Save the Changes**
- Click **Save** in red to save your changes.
- The activity will be updated successfully and marked as **Billable**.
### Important Note
Repeat these steps for any other existing activities that need to be marked as billable.
