What is Service Type in an Opportunity?

Service Type defines the role or type of service you propose to provide for a particular opportunity.

It helps you identify the service the client is expected to onboard you for.

Examples

  • Architectural Design
  • Interior Design
  • Project Management

For example, if a client approaches you for an interior design project, you can select Interior Design as the Service Type for that opportunity.

In simple terms, Service Type tells you what role or service you are proposing to provide to the client.
