Things to Do Before you Start Using .STUDIO

There are multiple features that .STUDIO has to offer and it's like setting up your own digital playground before you jump into the fun part!

To make it easier, I've broken down this article into easy-to-follow sections.  I've even included handy links of detailed step-by-step guides to hold your hand through the process.

A. General Steps:

1. Setup your company profile.

2. Create Industry Type for your address book.

3. Upload your Address book: If you have the contact details for clients, suppliers, and manufacturers that you wish to have displayed in your instance, kindly send us an email. We will promptly provide you with the required format and facilitate the uploading process on your behalf.

4. Create roles for your users.

5. Add users and assign roles to them.

6. Set up your default Currency
While it's possible that you may have some projects that require a different currency, you can add those specific currencies in the projects section. However, it's recommended to set one currency as the default for your company, as it is the primary currency used for most transactions. Proceed to add the currency that your company primarily deals in as the default setting and click on save.
Steps: Click on the profile icon > Settings > Under company > Click on Default currency and save it.

B. For Specifications:
